About Christy

Christy Lochrie's work has been published in newspapers, magazines, newsletters and online. She's a
seasoned journalist who excels at her craft and has earned multiple California Newspaper Publishers
Association awards for her work.

In addition to her more than 1,000 published articles, she has also taught creative writing classes for the
University of California Riverside's Extension program. She earned her bachelor's degree in mass
communication from California State University, San Bernardino.
